• Our Mission Statement

  The Mental Health Ministry (MHM), of St. Jude the Apostle Parish and St. George, is a community resource that provides knowledge and resources regarding mental health topics and services, and it nourishes mental and spiritual wellness. Our peer-supported small group is a space to share your story and come to know that you do not walk alone but rather with other Christ-centered Catholics, as together we lighten the burden of our daily crosses with social and spiritual support.
